Competence team gathered again from January 25th to January 27th, 2010 at the Training held Skopje / Macedonia!  

The main topics of the training were focused on (full Agenda is available here):

1. Presentation of focus group survey results, which served as a preparation phase for conducting pilot studies and writing and using learning outcomes (by FH Joanneum) - presentations are available here.
2. Practical training on usage of competence catalogues (by University of Girona) - presentations are available here.
3. Workshop on: Development of competences during practical work and assessment of competences in final proof by KaHoSL - presentations are available here.
4. Sustainability of Competence Centres – Business plan development Workshop by WUS Austria

The Training was hosted by the Rectorate of the UKIM University of Skopje and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Representatives of the local Tempus Office and of several local companies interested in applying the methodology developed within the project also attended the Training.
